I'm Mohamad Ahmed, an IT Manager and technology leader based in New Delhi, India, with 15+ years of experience building and running enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity programs across retail, hospitality, and financial services environments.

Currently, I head the IT department at Crowdsource Technology Private Limited, where I lead end-to-end IT operations across India and London — spanning hybrid cloud (AWS, GCP), on-prem infrastructure, and enterprise security. I'm currently spearheading our ISO 27001 / ISMS implementation, overseeing SOC, SIEM, EDR, and DLP deployments, and driving Identity & Access Management strategy across the organization.

Over the course of my career, I've worked with global brands including Domino's Pizza Enterprises (Australia & New Zealand), Bestseller India, Skandhanshi Group, and Quest Retail, where I've designed store IT architecture, managed multi-location retail networks, led ERP/POS integrations, and delivered infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
